How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can keep an eye on it! If your order takes more than 2 weeks from the time of dispatch, get in touch so we can check up on it for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yep! We're an Aussie company, but we also ship worldwide. If your address isn't co-operating at checkout for any reason, shoot us an email so we can help you out.
How much is shipping?
If you spend $99 or more, shipping is on us! If you spend less, there's a flat rate of $9.99.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Cozie purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it pretty quickly moves through our fulfilment process so we can get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. Because of this, it's often hard to change or cancel an order once it's been placed.
If you need to change/cancel anything, get in contact as soon as possible and we'll always try to accommodate if possible!
